The Zbarazh Distillery LLC is located in an ecologically pristine and picturesque region in the north of Ternopil Oblast, right in the heart of the historic town of Zbarazh. Founded in 2017 on the grounds of one of Ukraine’s oldest vodka plants — the Zbarazh Food Factory — the distillery carries a legacy that began in 1946, when the production of spirits first started here. In this sense, Zbarazh Distillery is not just a facility — it is a chapter of history.
Today, Zbarazh Distillery LLC preserves the authentic traditions of craft vodka production. Vodka, tinctures, and other spirits are made here using time-honored recipes and natural ingredients. The distillery places particular emphasis on quality: it operates under certified quality management and food safety systems, including ISO 9001:2015 (IDT) and ISO 22000:2019 (ISO 22000:2018, IDT).
The plant stands near the 17th-century Zbarazh Castle, once a key fortress of the Podillia region. Local lore suggests that even back then, strong spirits were crafted here by skilled artisans to support the defenders of the stronghold.
